Privacy Policy

MiriTint ("the operator") runs MiriTint ("the service") and does not collect personal data directly. This policy exists to be transparent about what does happen — visit statistics and advertising — despite that.
1. What the operator does not collect
The service has none of the following:
- Sign-up or log-in — there are no accounts
- Any form that asks for a name, contact detail or address
- Server-side saving of your choices — a configuration lives only in the page URL
- Any database operated by us — the service is served as static files
The operator therefore holds no information that identifies you.
2. Visit statistics
Cloudflare Web Analytics is used to count visits. It does not use cookies, does not track individuals, and reports only aggregate figures (visits, page views, referrers, approximate country and device type). The operator can see nothing beyond those aggregates.
Purpose: improving the service and understanding usage. Retention: per Cloudflare's policy.
3. Advertising
Advertising via Google AdSense covers running costs.
- Google and its partners (third-party advertising vendors) may use cookies or similar technologies in your browser to serve ads.
- Google may serve personalised ads based on your visits to this and other websites.
- Information processed this way is handled by Google under its own responsibility; the operator neither sees nor retains it.
You can change these settings yourself:
- Google Ads Settings — turn off personalised ads
- aboutads.info — opt out across many vendors
- youronlinechoices.eu — for visitors in Europe
- Your browser's settings can block or delete cookies
Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are shown a consent request as required by law, and advertising behaviour follows that choice.
4. Affiliate links
The service may include affiliate links to car accessories. If you buy through one, the operator may receive a commission, and the fact that you followed the link is passed to that retailer (for example Amazon or Coupang). Processing after that point follows the retailer's own policy. Affiliate links are disclosed where they appear.
5. Third parties
No personal data is sold or shared. The service relies on:
- Cloudflare, Inc. — hosting and visit statistics
- Google LLC — advertising (Google AdSense)
6. Your rights
Because the operator holds no personal data, there is nothing to request access to, correct or delete. Advertising cookies can be controlled through the links in section 3. If you have a question, write to the address below and it will be answered.
7. Children
The service is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect data from them.
8. Changes
If this policy changes, the effective date above is updated. Significant changes will be announced within the service.
