1. What this service is
MiriTint ("the service") is a reference tool for visually estimating how automotive window tint will look. It is free and requires no account.
2. Limits of the information shown
- The screen is an approximation. Colour, brightness and reflection are computed estimates and may differ from an actual installation, depending on the specific film, the tint of the glass itself, lighting conditions and your display settings.
- This is not legal advice. Legal limits are shown as reference information; no judgement is made about whether a combination is permitted. Verify the rules where you drive before installing, and consult the relevant authority or a professional if needed.
- Film specifications follow manufacturer-published figures and are still being verified. Their accuracy is not warranted.
3. Trademarks and non-affiliation
The service is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any vehicle manufacturer or film brand. Vehicle and brand names appear as factual references to identify the subject, and all trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
4. Intellectual property
The vehicle imagery, code and written content were produced by the operator, who holds the copyright. You are free to take screenshots and share links for personal, non-commercial purposes. Bulk copying of the imagery or content, or commercial redistribution, is not permitted.
5. Prohibited use
- Automated requests at a volume that interferes with operation of the service
- Misrepresenting what the service shows as official manufacturer or regulatory information
- Using the service for any purpose that breaks applicable law
6. Advertising and affiliate links
The service may contain advertising and affiliate links. The operator is not responsible for the content of advertisements or for goods and services offered by advertisers. Purchases made through affiliate links are governed by the relevant retailer's terms.
7. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". The operator does not warrant uninterrupted availability or the completeness or accuracy of the information shown, and is not liable for decisions you make on the basis of it (whether to install, which shade to choose) or their consequences. Liability for damage caused by the operator's wilful misconduct or gross negligence is not excluded, to the extent applicable law requires.
8. Changes and discontinuation
The operator may change or discontinue the service. As a free service it may change without prior notice, though significant changes will be announced within the service.
9. Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the effective date above is updated.
10. Governing law
These terms are interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Korea.
